When you have entered a User Name and an email address below, click the "Create New Account" button. The screen will refresh to show you the home page (!). Meanwhile we'll have already sent an email to you at the address you specified. The email will contain an ugly password. Go check your email, find the one from us (info@ecrtech.net), copy the password and come back to the home page. Enter your user name and the password in the spaces on the right of the screen, and click the Login button. You should then be logged in. Unless you enjoy the mystery of an arbitrary password, once you have logged in, click the "My Account" link on the right and use the "Edit" button to change your password.
